This is a really exciting time to join the company who operate internationally and you will be supporting the Accounts and finance team as well as working closely with the sales executives. You will be responsible for managing client accounts overseeing quotes and ensuring invoices are raised correctly. You will be part of a friendly close-knit team who offer a welcoming energetic and fun working environment. Full training will be provided and you will be part of a company that go above and beyond for all their employees. Hybrid working is offered once full training has been completed.

Duties:

  • Data entry and order amendments on CRM
  • Record keeping using internal Excel spreadsheets
  • Emailing clients to request information/details 
  • Creating and sending client contracts
  • Managing product lists through email services
  • Reconciling our client records and databases against invoices being sent to clients
  • Updating product information & spreadsheets accordingly 
  • Manage internal/external enquiries and quotes

Skills:

  • strong attention to detail – accurate record keeping and communication is essential
  • Reliable, conscientious, and professional
  • You enjoy working in a team and supporting others
  • Take full ownership of your tasks and be able to work on own initiative
  • Excellent organisation skills with the ability to prioritise your work load 
  • Strong communication skills and are comfortable engaging with important clients often in tricky circumstances whilst maintaining a polite and professional
  • Intermediate Level skills with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Experience working with Sage or sales force accounting software would be beneficial but is not essential

Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 DOE + Bonus 

Benefits: - Quarterly bonus, private health care, Pension contribution and Hybrid working available (first month training must be office based)

Hours: - 40 hours a week flexible between 8am-6pm
