As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be part of a fun and lively team and take full responsibility of all online and offline enquiries. Joining on a fixed term contract, you’ll gain valuable experience to help you move forwards in your career.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Answering incoming help requests vie e-mails, live chats and telephone calls whilst maintaining a rapid response rate
  • Working towards key customer experience performance indicators, you will deliver outstanding levels of customer service
  • Log information from calls received, file correspondence/data where required and maintain detailed and accurate records.
  • Putting the customers’ first and providing excellent customer service
  • Managing customers’ needs ranging from answering queries to sending further information
  • Complying with GDPR and company regulations
  • Working with other members of the team to ensure company values are presented to customers and handling enquiries professionally.
  • Placing orders via the booking system.
  • Ensure any complaints are escalated and dealt with efficiently and professionally
  • Keeping up to date with the latest information about the services offered in order to correctly inform customers
  • Collecting customer feedback.

  • An organised individual with excellent time management skills and an ability to work under pressure 

As this role is within a Call Centre environment, this role is subject to shift patterns with the call centre currently operating 24/7. This role is initially for 3 months fixed term contract.
