The Digital Marketing Executive/Junior Designer individual will manage client marketing tasks. This will include planning, developing, implementing and managing the overall digital marketing strategy. You will have a solid understanding of social media. Some clients are global corporates and will involve close collaboration with large teams, senior designers and multiple stakeholders to ensure strict branding regulations are adhered to. Others are smaller, dynamic businesses; these will offer more creative freedom and will require someone to take ownership of the brief.

The successful candidate will be comfortable with the following:

• Working to deadlines
• Understanding and dissecting complex briefs
• Working independently and taking direction from senior designers
• Supporting the project team
• Handling multiple projects
• Ad copy creatives
• Landing page design
• Brand asset creation
• Email marketing design support
• Presentation & deck design

Duties include but not limited to:

• Creating designs for client proposals and company portfolio
• Contributing to wireframe designs (UX & UI)
• Designing email & newsletter look & feel
• Creating promotional materials/artwork for social media
• Overseeing and maintaining brand consistency across the board
• Putting together photography briefs and liaising with suppliers
• Keeping up to date with emerging technologies and design processes
• Working in collaboration with printers, copywriters, illustrators, photographers, web developers and marketing specialists.

Essential:

• Excellent written English and meticulous attention to detail
• The ability to work under pressure
• Be able to use MS Word & MS Excel
• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite is a distinct advantage, although not a prerequisite
• A can-do attitude and the desire to learn new skills is a must.
