Administrator - Permanent Post
Our industry leading client based in Croydon is now looking for an upbeat and enthusiastic individual to join their team as Office Administrator/Receptionist. In order to be successful within this role you will have 3 years’ plus experience within administration, eager to hit the ground running in terms of work ethic and attitude.
Duties will include:
• Arranging travel and booking accommodation
• Approving invoices and credit notes
• Preparing quarterly reports and then distributing them
• Arranging events
• Covering reception
• Stock take
• Ordering stationary
• Incoming and outgoing post
