Are you an experienced Office Manager with a flair for accounts along with organisation? Do you have a natural ability to organise others in terms of diary management, and arranging meetings? Future Personnel have the perfect opportunity for you based in your local area in Tadworth.

We are currently looking for a very diligent individual to support our client with the smooth running of the office ensuring the company maintains the highest possible standards. The successful individual will be responsible for keeping the office in check for a small yet successful organisation and duties will be varied and will include anything from Office Management, Secretarial, PA and Accounts…. So this would be ideal for a candidate who is a bit of an all rounder!

  • Managing all incoming correspondence and dealing with enquiries and queries
  • Managing Directors email inbox
  • Diary management and travel arrangement for staff and directors
  • Producing reports
  • Raising purchase orders and invoicing using SAGE
  • Credit control, including issue of statements
  • Maintaining staff holiday records
  • Production of quotes for new jobs
  • Management of stationary and office supplies

Ideally, the successful individual will have prior PA/Secretarial experience, someone who enjoys getting stuck into their workload, thinking quickly on their feet and having a ‘can do’ attitude but also will be assertive where necessary. If you think your skills and experience match, apply now!
