You will be a confident individual who is target driven and thrives working in a busy environment where you will be part of a vibrant and friendly team and will have excellent communications skills who enjoys building relationships with people.

Duties:

  • Deal with incoming calls and email enquiries engaging with customers in a professional manner providing advice and assistance
  • Deliver a fantastic customer experience, ensuring that each individuals needs are understood and followed up
  • Make recommendations on products and services that meet the customers requirements
  • General administrations and data input

Key Skills:

  • You will take pride in engaging with customers and will have passion for delivering outstanding customer service
  • Ideally you will have experience in a sales background
  • IT Literate with Microsoft packages
  • Educated to degree level
  • Empathetic and adaptable with excellent communication skills
  • Hungry for success
  • Vibrant, bubbly personality

This is temp to perm opportunity and you will be required to work 1 Saturday per month with a day off in lieu

Salary £23000 + uncapped commission OTE £35,000 - £40,000
