Ticketing Support Administrator - Hospitality and Events

£26,000 - £30,000

We have an exciting opportunity which has just come in for a Ticketing Support Administrator to join our clients growing team based in Epsom. The postholder will be responsible for ensuring ticketing platforms are setup, configured and maintained to maximise optimization. The successful postholder will have ticketing experience and experience using ticketing software, ideally AudienceView.

Some of the duties will be

  • Ensure that all requests for support and setup are logged accurately
  • Setup of events offers and promotions and ensure these are communicated to relevant bodies and dealing with requests around this
  • Provide technical lead on support
  • Develop knowledge and understanding of the ticketing platform in order to provide 3 line support including configuration/administrative tasks, undertake user training & mentoring sessions and provide event support
  • Co-ordination and production of all user guides, systems and setup documentation
  • Competitor research
